About Me

I am an assistant professor at UC Berkeley School of Law.  I work on racial justice in voting rights, including the relationship between partisan gerrymandering and minority representation; the role of social science research in litigation challenging new burdens (like voter ID requirements) on the right to vote; and the reenfranchisement of people with criminal convictions.

My CV is available here, and my Google Scholar page is here.
